Terms of Service

1. Agreement

EchoraIQ is operated by Aeronis Lab Technologies - FZCO, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates at Building A5, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (aeronislab.com). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company; “you” means the person or organization using the service.

By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation to one, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use EchoraIQ.

2. The service

EchoraIQ provides social listening, engagement, publishing and review-management tools across third-party social platforms. Features depend on your workspace class (commercial or government), your role, and the channels your administrators connect.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish or approve through the platform and for complying with the terms of each connected social network. You must keep credentials confidential, use multi-factor authentication where required, and only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.

You must not use EchoraIQ to harass, deceive, spam, scrape beyond authorized API access, or violate any law or platform policy.

4. Third-party platforms

Connected platforms (such as Meta, Google, X, YouTube and Reddit) are governed by their own terms and may change or revoke API access at any time. EchoraIQ is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including rate limits, content removal or account suspension.

YouTube. EchoraIQ uses YouTube API Services. By using any EchoraIQ feature that reads or writes YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. Google’s handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke EchoraIQ’s access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page. What YouTube data we access, how we use and store it, and how it is deleted are set out in section 2b of our Privacy Policy.

5. Data & privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We are established in the United Arab Emirates and process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, and with the GDPR where it applies to your users.

For the content inside your workspace — mentions, messages, and the people you engage with — you are the controller and we are your processor: we act on your instructions, and we do not use that content for our own purposes or to train generalized AI models. Your workspace administrators control member access, retention settings and connected channels. Audit records of sensitive actions are retained per your organization’s policy.

6. Credits & billing

Certain actions consume workspace credits, drawn from separate monthly pools for X (Twitter) actions and AI features. Outbound actions on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Reddit and Google Business do not consume credits. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and unused credits expire — they do not roll over. Credits are metered before dispatch; exhausted credits pause the metered activity until the next reset or a top-up. Posts to X may not contain links, as X applies a substantially higher charge to those. Fees, allowances and top-ups are as set out in your plan or agreed with your account representative.

Every purchase is a single authorised payment — nothing renews automatically and no payment mandate is stored. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or modify features; material reductions in functionality for paid workspaces will be communicated in advance where practical.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect channels at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Disconnecting a channel revokes the stored token immediately. Ending your subscription does not by itself delete your data — it is retained so you can return — so if you want it removed, ask us: email contact@echoraiq.com and we will delete your workspace within 30 days, as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you hold under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
